MAIN MEAL:
In the Main Meal, you get :
- Two meats beef and pork
- Six salads, hot potatoes, bread rolls
- Sauces and gravies
- Butter and napkins
- Served on actual china crockery and stainless steel cutlery
You will have full-uniformed staff in their black and whites.
They will be carving the meats for your guests as they approach the smorgasbord table.
When your guests have finished eating, the staff will collect the dishes, wash and clean up. You make keep any leftovers.
All you need to supply is two tables that we can serve from.
